Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to businesses with a registered head office in London.
1.2 Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
1.3 A valid company email address must be used for entry (personal email addresses will not be accepted).
1.4 Only one entry per business is permitted.
1.5 Entries must be submitted by an authorised representative of the business.
2. How to Enter
2.1 The competition runs from Friday 22nd March 2025 to Friday 19th April 2025.
2.2 Entries must be submitted via the official online entry link before 11:59 PM on 19th April 2025.
2.3 To enter, businesses must provide their details and submit the height (in cm) of their tallest employee via the online entry form.
2.4 Only fully completed entries will be eligible for the prize draw.
3. Winner Selection & Announcement
3.1 The winner will be selected by random prize draw from all valid entries.
3.2 The draw will take place on Wednesday 23rd April 2025.
3.3 The winner will be contacted via the company email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a runner-up may be selected.
3.4 The winning business may be required to provide additional verification (such as proof of business location and tallest employee’s height).
4. The Prize
4.1 The winning business will receive their tallest employee’s height in Beer or Prosecco (measured in cm and converted into an equivalent number of bottles).
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or alternative product will be offered.
4.3 The prize will be delivered directly to the winning business’s registered London office the week following the winner announcement.
5. Prize Delivery & Verification
5.1 The prize will be delivered to the registered London office address provided in the entry.
5.2 The tallest employee must be available for verification upon prize delivery (ID may be required).
5.3 If a business is found to have provided false or misleading information, they will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited.
6. General Terms
6.1 The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
6.2 The promoter is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or late entries due to technical failures or other reasons beyond its control.
6.3 The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
6.4 By entering, participants agree to participate in promotional activities, including photography and social media mentions, if selected as the winner.
6.5 This competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in England & Wales.
